EXC ITING PROJECT - GLASCUBI

My latest commission was for Theatr Na n'Og a childrens theatre company from Neath South Wales. They wanted scenary for their latest show 'GLASCUBI' which is a North American tale of a woodland spirit, due to start touring South Wales on the 22nd March 2010.

I created a tree with curley branches from willow, which has a metal frame. Also, 12 panels 2m x 1m for the back drop which was to represent the hills and mountains. These were made from willow and hedgerow materials to include over 20 different varieties of tree and plant materials.

I will post some better photos of the tree after the show starts.
